Pokemon World of Warcraft - What is Item Upgrade?
The item upgrade system allows players to improve the stats of trinkets, armors, and weapons. It also provides unique effects and special effects.
Most stats are increased linearly. For instance the Muscle Band at level 20 would grant you +1 attack and +.5% attack speed. The system also has the potential to fail, which will consume all upgrading materials.
Glyphs
Glyphs can be used to upgrade gathering tools and also provide bonuses or upgrades. They can be purchased from the market or retrieved from dungeons or Helltides. Each glyph is assigned a radius and players can use them to boost nodes within that. Some Glyphs provide additional rewards, in addition to boosting nodes. These rewards could include resources, XP or units.
Players should take a careful look at all options before selecting the symbol. For instance the glyph of Nilrend has a high chance of negating an order marker from an opponent's army card, giving players an advantage in the early game. The effect of this glyph diminishes when more units are added to the board, and the odds to defuse a unit are reduced.
Other symbols have a more immediate influence on control of maps. For instance the glyph Valda increases the range of all ranged units by 1, which is a significant increase for many units that struggle with slow movement rates (such as the Marro Stinger line or 4th Massachusetts). This glyph can also be useful for melee units that otherwise struggle to reach the right position to deal harm.
Some glyphs, including the Discretionary Ligatures glyph, are designed to enhance the appearance of fonts. They also feature additional characters beyond the standard set. This is done to make fonts appear more realistic, or to add additional embellishments.
Players can create their own Glyph Set by selecting the glyphs they would like to include from the list in the Glyphs panel and choosing to add them to the Glyph Set in the Glyphs panel menu. Once they have created a custom glyph set, players can examine it using the Glyphs panel menu by selecting View Glyph Set and selecting the name of the glyph set.
Growthstones
These items are similar to berries, in that they continuously increase your attributes. However, unlike the berries, they don't increase your HP. You can obtain Growth Stones by completing specific events in the game or by combing two of them in the Nitro Cube. You can also collect them as an incentive during the Ancient Arena Season.
You can use them on your weapon or armor using the Equipment Enchanting option. You can also craft these in major towns by visiting different crafter NPCs with the correct recipe. There are many different kinds of Growth Materials and each one can be used for different uses. For example, Weapon Growth Stones are used to upgrade weapons, and Armor Growth Stones are used to improve armor. There are also Active Skill Growth Books and Passive Skill Growth Books that can be used to enhance your active or passive skills.
These stones resonate with certain human characteristics within you, making them more powerful and intense. They don't make you a better or more different person, but they do give you an extra push to confront the aspects of your personality you'd like to change. It is your responsibility to make any significant changes in yourself. This means changing your mindset towards the thing you wish to change. This is the difference between internal and external growth. Lapis lazuli, for example is a powerful stone that increases the quality of truth and self awareness while moss Agate boosts the abundance and the likelihood of success.
Item Enhancers
Item Enhancers are the way players can upgrade Held Items to provide an in-game stat boost or a special effect that a player could transfer to their Pokemon during games. These items are extremely beneficial in advancing the ranks in competitive play, particularly for players with high levels. However, the cost of upgrading these items can be a significant barrier to progress.
The player can get Item Enhancers in many ways, including the free rewards of the process of advancing their Trainer's level or completing missions and challenges or even from the Energy Reward Machine. The premium version of the game comes with a greater amount of Item Enhancers as rewards. However, a lot of players must work for these items.
In addition to the regular Item Enhancers, Pokemon Unite recently introduced a new kind of item known as Super Item Enhancers. These powerful items allow a player to upgrade one of their Held Items to Level 30. These rare and expensive items aren't available for purchase. Therefore, they need to be carefully chosen to ensure a player can level up the item they find most helpful in their progress.
While Item Enhancers can be bought in the Aeos Emporium shop for 10 Aeos Tickets each, they are mainly obtainable through the various events that Pokemon Unite runs from time to time. These special events in game can dole out Item Enhancers to mark a milestone, or they may be offered as part of an event that has a set duration.
Most items increase their stats in a linear manner as they upgrade however, the final stats of a Held Item can be more than double its initial value once it is at its maximum. For example, a Muscle Band's defense and attack stats increase by +1 every time it is upgraded to level 2, and when it reaches 20 it has a +15 attack and +7.5% speed.
The cost of these Item Enhancers is steep however they are essential for those who want to maximize their performance in Pokemon Unite. It's a lot of work to get all the Held Items upgraded to the highest level but those who are patient and dedicated will eventually be able to succeed.
